-24/7/365 monitoring of all alarms generated by Wataniya's network elements.
-Trouble -reporting of generated alarms.
-First-line troubleshooting of generated alarms.
-Escalating faults to on call engineer.
-Performing deep analysis to determine the root cause of major outages.
-Producing Daily, weekly and monthly reporting of Network operation Performance.
-Making sure Customer Care has appropriate information for outage and response
-Enforcing adherence to the deployment process and quality control measures.
Experience & Education:
-Bachelor degree in Telecom/Computer/Electrical or equivalent.
-1 year experience in related field, fresh graduates are welcomed to apply.
Skills & Qualifications:
-Basic Knowledge with query tools, SQL/PL SQL, UNIX operating system and Shell scripting.
-Possessing System analysis and information technology skills.
-Flexibility, doesn't mind being 24/7/365 on call.
-Good communication skills.
-Motivated team player.
-Ability to work under pressure.
-Good English (oral and written).
-Computer Literacy knowledge.
