Role Summary & Duties and Responsibilities:
Duties & Responsibilities:
-Handling operation and maintenance for OSS activities.
-Performing the routine backups for OSS.
-Performing all planned and unplanned activities.
-Performing the collection of KPI data and sending it to the concerned departments.
-Performing all the required acceptance tests.
-Performing data fill preparation and implementation for OSS.
-Performing the configuration of new network elements for all core nodes in the OSS.
-Studying offers and proposals.
-Evaluating new technologies, and features for OSS enhancements.
-Reporting all OSS activities to his manager.
-Performing all maintenance and preventive maintenance activities.
-Performing the daily, weekly, and monthly routine health check.
-CSR handling for OSS.
-Performing OSS administration.
-Providing the support for core upgrades.
-Providing support for other departments (Performance).
Experience & Qualifications:
-Bachelor degree in Computer Engineering,Telecommunication, or equivalent.
-1 year of experience in OSS or related field (Fresh graduate are welcome to apply).
-UNIX basics. Administration is a plus.
-GSM, WCDMA, OSS interfaces-Protocols-features-services Knowledge.
-Team work and cooperation.
-Communication skills.
-Organization commitment.
-Motivation.
-Flexibility.
-Ability to work under pressure.
-Proficiency in Arabic and English (oral and written).
